Fizzy Highlighter Procreate brush + pallet

Highlighter based on the ones I keep in my pencil case. I didn’t mean for Nick to be the cover boy but that probably tells you more about me than the brush does. It’s not exactly perfect, you will have to lift up your pen a lot to get the right ‘bleeding layer’ look.
